Here is the second installment of "Ethnic Sim of the Day!"

Like I stated last time, I have decided that everyday, or maybe every other day
i'm going to post a sim here from the pic thread with the simmer
who created it's name and a link to dl (if applicable) with any
additional information. (i.e blog/website/etc)
Also, since this picture thread is about ethnic sims I will be including
the ethnicity given by the creator!
